Every organization contains different departments to help in organization growth and effectiveness. The department’s Financial Management, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Sales Management are considered as main and functional departments.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Human resource Management is the name of the function within an organization which is responsible for implementing strategies and policies related to the management of individuals in the organization. Human Resource Management is the most important part of any organization. The reason is that there is a serious need to deal with people and manage people in every organization. Career-wise, Marketing career have more risk and most companies confuse marketing with sales so you might end up working as a sales associate.

HR team delegates right person to the right job, which ensures smooth working and stability to the organization.  Marketing team brings in sales money, which runs the organization.
